How long does shipping take in the US?

Products are shipped from our United States warehouse and delivered within 5-8 business days to up to 14 business days at the latest. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.

Please note, order processing time is 1-2 business days.

How long does international shipping take?

International orders take 10-21 business days.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Mexico and more. In 2022, we started shipping to Central and South America as well!

Can I change my order address or size of the item?

After submitting your order you have 30 minutes to cancel it or change the size or delivery address by contacting us via email. Our system is designed to expedite all orders directly with our warehouse for a fast fulfillment and shipping.

We will inform you via email, and a refund confirmation will be placed immediately to your payment method.

After 30 minutes, cancellations, size or address updates are no longer possible as your order has already been sent to our fulfillment center. 

How do I exchange or return a product?

Our return policy ensures that you can exchange or return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days. Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will issue a full refund.

How do I choose a correct size waist trainer?

The most reliable method to choosing the correct size waist trainer is to measure your waist right above your navel and refer to the size chart on each product's page to find the corresponding size. We recommend measuring yourself as the waist trainers' sizing is different from clothing sizes.

If you are in doubt, or between sizes, choose one size up. Our waist trainers are meant to fit very tight, and may need help getting it on the first time until it breaks in a bit. If you need help choosing a size, please email us at support@femmeshapewear.com

How do I take care of the waist trainer?

Hand wash in warm water. Air dry by hanging or laying it or laying it flat. Do not use bleach. Do not iron.
